PDIL achieved 1 Million Man Hours LTI Free at Manzalai Field Development Surface Facilities Project

Presson Descon, in Consortium with Enerflex Systems Limited and Descon Engineering Limited (Pakistan), is currently undertaking the Manzalai Field Development Surface Facilities Project in NWFP.

Amongst other achievements PDIL have also completed one million man-hours of project execution without lost time injury. To celebrate this remarkable occasion PDIL hosted an Iftar cum Dinner on Saturday the13th of September 2008 at Islamabad Marriott Hotel. To acknowledge the services towards completion of one million man-hours benchmark, some of the key individuals who have contributed greatly towards the milestone were distributed shields.

MOL Pakistan as operators of the TAL Block in North West Frontier Province’s (NWFP’s) Kohat district, along with its joint venture partners namely OGDCL, POL, PPL and GHPL are installing a central processing facility along with a gas gathering system for Condensate and Gas Production from its Manzalai Field. The CPF will be capable of processing 200MMscfd sales gas. The project holds critical importance for the province as well as for the country, especially in the wake of ever-increasing demand for hydrocarbons.
