Capitalizing on our success in the oil and gas sector, Presson Descon International, on December 24th 2008, formally established itself in the Middle Eastern market by incorporating Presson Descon International FZE as its new wholly owned subsidiary. FZE was incorporated as a Free Zone Establishment with limited liability pursuant to Emiri Decree No. (6) Of 1995 and Implementing Rules and Regulation issued there under by the Hamiryah Free Zone Authority. In July 2009 Presson Descon International FZE successfully established its branch office in Qatar and received its Qatari commercial registration certificate. With its presence in Qatar, Presson Descon is strategically positioned to offer its services to one of the fastest growing oil and gas based economies in the region; via targeting small to medium scale project and by offering packaged solutions to support key players for large scale projects. |
