For third consecutive year PDIL won 3rd Global HR Excellence Award 2012. The award was presented by "Global Media Links" (GML) in collaboration with International Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM), (a US based global certification and standard monitoring body) in a ceremony held on Oct 17, 2012 at Ramada Hotel, Karachi.
These awards are for the recognition of those outstanding organizations who made significant contributions to Human Resource in Pakistan. PDIL was awarded Global HR Excellence award for its “Dynamic Work Environment ”. The awards presented by acting Governer Sindh, Mr. Nisar Khoro and federal Minister for overseas Pakistanis, Dr. Mohammad Farooq Sattar. On behalf of PDIL Ms. Ume Farwah Naqvi, HR Business Partner, received the shield from Dr. Mohammad Farooq Sattar.
