The Annual Technical Conference 2011 was held on November 21st & 22nd at Serena Hotel in Islamabad. The event was organized by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the Pakistan Association of Petroleum Geoscientists (PAPG), which was attended by the well known tycoons of the Oil & Gas industry. Mr. M. Aijaz Choudhry, the Secretary of Petroleum & Natural Resources, was the inaugurating chief guest at the event..
PDIL was one of the sponsors among the many other exploration & production companies; being a sponsor. PDIL also had the honor of hosting first day evening. As a brand building effort, giveaways were distributed on behalf of PDIL to the Conference delegates. PDIL and its EPCC capabilities were also highlighted through the sponsored advertisement in the Conference’s Souvenir Publication. The Society of Petroleum Engineers, Pakistan Chapter presented PDIL with a shield due to its corporate membership status for year. PDIL's efforts were highly acclaimed and appreciated by the management committee of ATC-2011.
